We are Kurt and Erin Chick, a first-generation family farm committed to raising healthy, happy animals. Our children, Hunter and Brexley, are actively involved in caring for our holistically managed pasture-raised poultry and sheep. We practice regenerative farming with a commitment to sustainability.
About our methods

We are located near Halkirk, in East Central Alberta.

Pasture-raised chickens are available for pre-sale in mid-January. Chickens must be purchased before they are processed in mid-July.
A deposit is required at the time your order is placed.

Orders will be ready for pick-up mid-July at our farm.
We offer three pick-up locations: our farm near Halkirk, Beaumont or Calgary
Once we have the final weight of your chickens you will be emailed an invoice.
Your balance in full must be paid before or at pick-up.
